This is a A53 Black Steel Standard, 20"x 21' Pipe with a Plain End.
Electric Resistance Welded. (ERW) used for bending, flanging and standard welding jobs. Pressure tested complies with ASTM A 53 Grade B Type E (Electrical Resistance Welded).
